In recent years, our employees have been accountably involved in reorganization processes of companies of differing industries and varying size. In the process, we have been active both as external consultants and as liable business executives.

Via a holistic view and an honest assessment on any company level, we examine ad hoc which measures are reasonable; thereafter we work on a concept to the company’s sustainable recovery.
